Learn about what postures can help your body be fit to sit comfortably. Learn how to arrange a seated posture that is easeful for you personally. Understand how to avoid knee and back pain. Know about what āsanas to practice regularly to help your body be comfortable and healthy to sit for you to enjoy meditating.
