Learn to meditate - Theory and practice : Neelakantha Meditation (in French)

May 12 and 13, 2023 (in French)

This spring, Eliot will be offering the teachings of Neelakantha Meditation in French in the month of May.

If necessary, to address any language needs, additional sessions may be scheduled.

Times for the session are as follows:

Friday May 12, 2023, at 4pm. THere will be a 90-minutes group session, followed by individual sessions of 45 minutes.

Saturday May 13, 2023 : afternoon individual one-hour sessions scheduled between 1pm and 3pm
