We hear so many things about meditation but what is it really, what does it do and how can we practice it?
Eliot has been practicing and studying Neelakantha Meditation for 14 years and was authorized to teach it in 2017. Neelakantha Meditation practice is an easy and effective method of meditation. It belongs to what the great masters in India would call the natural or effortless practices. It also integrates nicely into our busy lives. Eliot likes to say, “it is a practice for life”, which means we learn it once, have it for life and it supports us in living our lives better and more authentically.
If you would like to know more about this practice or the upcoming initiation weekend, Eliot is happy to organize for a conversation with you. Please write in to info@centreyogaaylmer.com.
If these dates don’t work for you, other dates can be separately organized with Eliot.

Eliot invites Practitioners of Neelakantha Meditation
on Sunday, June 2, 2024, 4:30 m to 6pm
to gather for practice and conversation
Throughout our life as practitioners of deep meditation, we will experience fluctuations, a bit like the seasons. Sometimes the practice seems easy and sunny, sometimes it seems more arid, other times stormy.
It can also happen that we give up, which often is caused by a lack of understanding at various levels of how our practice works and the nature of consciousness. When we drop our practice, we deprive ourselves of the benefits it gives us and its support to our growth.
To support ourselves and to reap the highest benefits the practice brings, even during the most arduous seasons, it is necessary to develop understanding.
During this session, Eliot will be offering teachings and answering questions. There will also be time for group practice.
No matter where you are in your journey with Neelakantha meditation, this event is for all of us practitioners. If you have never been able to really establish your practice, if you have any questions, or if you encounter obstacles in your practice now, do not miss this opportunity to hear the teachings and exchange with other practitioners during this convivial meeting.
In person or virtually.
If you can’t attend this meeting, please note a recording of the session will be available shortly after.
To participate, please write to Eliot : info@centreyogaaylmer.com . Once this is done, the participants will receive a link for the Zoom meeting.
Please note there will be a session in French on May 5, 2024. Click here for details
