Eliot delights in teaching and offering the elegant, effective and authentic teachings and practices of the yoga tradition to bridge students knowledge of reality from surface to profundity. Because of the depth of her own personal practice and study, Eliot’s classes attract sincere and devoted practitioners. For many years now, she has been teaching weekly classes and workshops of alignment based postural yoga, the study of the sacred texts of yoga and retreats in Canada and abroad. Recently, after seven years of deep practice and study, which she continues with her teacher Paul Muller-Ortega, Eliot is now an authorized teacher of Neelakantha Meditation, which she teaches with great love and enthusiasm.
