A Blue Throat Yoga Maṇḍala of Practices is a meditation retreat. It can be three hours, a half day, a full day or even several days, like the one offered in August.  On November 2, we will spend a whole day together (the teachings and event will be offered in French : note that on November 30, they will be offered in English). We will be practicing our Neelakantha Meditation several times, alternating with sequences of other potent practices including āsanas (yoga postures), prāṇāyāma (breathing techniques), japa (mantra recitation), and deep contemplation, all meant to support the growth of the knowledge of the Self.  In person only. For Neelakantha Initiates. 9am to 4:30pm

During called practices, a volunteer calls out the name of each posture in a sequence, and keeps the time between postures. It makes for a beautiful, silent practice, and when practiced in a group, there is a subtle sense of mutual support. It is also an organic way for practitioners to learn the names of the postures in Sanskrit.  I look forward to our practices together!
