From Earth to Sky - a 3-day Iyengar Yoga summer retreat with Eliot is meant to give us time and space away from daily activities to bring more focus and devotion to practice and uncover the cit-akaśa, sky of consciousness which, for most of us, remains hidden in plain sight. By way of study we will consider and gain insight into what is real, what is true, what is important and what is standing in the way of that knowledge.  Through potent and effective yoga practices we transform, refine and grow to experience the blissful freedom of being of both Earth and Sky. August 13 to 16, 2025 at Centre Tara de Bonsecours (Eastern Townships). (Note that Neelakantha Initiates can combine this retreat to the Maṇḍalas of practice that follows).  

Maṇḍalas of practice are meditation retreats. During maṇḍalas of practices, we reflect on precious sacred teachings on consciousness to clarify our understanding of the Self, our practices, our life and path. Over the course of several days, we meditate more often, perform gentle asana, take walks in nature, and perform a variety of other supportive practices. For Neelakantha Initiates.
