What’s new?

From Earth to Sky - a 3-day Iyengar Yoga summer retreat with Eliot, is meant to give us time and space away from daily activities to bring more focus and devotion to practice and uncover the cit-akaśa, sky of consciousness which, for most of us, remains hidden in plain sight. August 24-27, 2026 at Centre Tara de Bonsecours (Eastern Townships).

For Neelakantha Meditation practitionners: Eliot will offer a four-day Blue Throat Maṇḍala of practice, from August 27 to 31, 2026 at Centre Tara in the Eastern Townships. Maṇḍala of practices are meditation retreats.
