A Workshop with

Join us for a day of practice and study, a unique exploration of some of the delightful threads the yoga tradition has to offer.
In this workshop with one of Canada’s most inspiring and experienced teachers, we will shine a new and expansive light on yoga, highlighting its capacity to help re-wire the inner terrain of our own Selves.
During our time together, we will engage with a range of teachings & practices. The agenda will include:
• A look at some key & compelling yoga wisdom teachings to enliven the mind;
• Asana practice to awaken the body;
• Powerful & practical self-inquiry to take fuller ownership of and expand our understanding;
• Chanting;
• Opportunities to bring it all together in the luminous space of the heart with periods of meditation.

Robin Golt has been teaching yoga for over 20 years. As Canada's long-time certified Anusara teacher, she traveled throughout the country offering classes, workshops, immersions and teacher trainings.
Since 2012 she has been branching out in her offerings, offering a multi-dimensional approach to yoga (asana and beyond!). She is particularly skilled at making the more esoteric teachings of yoga accessible and relevant to our lives and integrating them into the physical practice of asana.
Robin is known for her humour, her profound knowledge, as well as her ability to take students to new levels in their practice and understanding.
