Reaching out to all yoga teachers and advanced yoga practitioners!

You are invited to come on October 17 and/or November 28 from 5 pm to 7pm to practice together, to share wisdom, to ask questions,  to connect, to support each other and inspire each other.

Centre Yoga opens the space to support your refinement and upliftment. 

This event is free of charge, but please bring a flower to put on the altar in honor of your presence and with the symbolic intention of supporting the blossoming of all beings.  (note: if you forget your flower, come anyway…and don’t worry about it)

What is an advanced practitioner in this case?  Is someone who has at least 5 years of weekly, regular practice and has done some study of scripture in whichever tradition and is interested in knowing more.
