Moving Mediation - Ecstatic Dance

Release and rejuvenate at each month's end with an evening of free-style movement, also known as ecstatic dance. This one-hour journey is lightly facilitated to encourage each person to move freely in their own way, inspired by music and their own inner spirit. This practice is about coming together in community to dance and express without judgment or concern. We do not speak for the duration of the dance session so that we may be fully present in our bodies. In this way the dance becomes a moving meditation for all involved. Let go and let your body be your guide! Movers of all abilities welcome!
