Come relax alongside your lover, and prepare to be lulled by the soothing and uplifting vibrations of a symphonic gong, followed by a special " couple meditation " - and let's not forget a mindful chocolate tasting!

Participants will receive as a gift a recipe for a chocolate-based love potion.

This evening, hosted by Sophie Terrasse, MA, IKYTA, is part of the new Gong Heaven evenings held at the Centre Yoga Aylmer every second Friday of the month, and is exceptionally dedicated to couples .

2 workshops will be offered, each accommodating a maximum of 9 couples.
