MEDITATION WORKSHOPS ON MENTAL CALM
The nine steps to mental calm
Two series of four classes will be given. The first series will take place
on the FOUR LAST FRIDAYS of October
(9, 16, 23, 30)
Meditation classes according to Tibetan Buddhist philosophy will be offered at the Centre Yoga Aylmer this fall. Each class alternates between periods of meditation and instruction for developing mental calm. All are welcome.
