Ann-Karine is teaching a free yoga class
as service to the community and to practice her teaching skills 

Ann-Karine is enrolled in the 500-hour Centre Yoga's Teach Yoga program. She has embarked on a comprehensive learning process that spans over a period of at least 2 years. Ann-Karine is very happy to teach this class as a teaching apprentice . Come and enjoy this gift and encourage Ann-Karine at the same time.
