In the continuity of the event: Le rendez-vous des couples, this Valentine special Gong & Chocolate evening for couples and most importantly following the survey that validated interest among couples to continue the experience on a regular basis, I am pleased to invite you to the launching of monthly workshops of special gong relaxation for couples that will begin soon. As you hoped, workshops will be held on Friday nights and you have the choice of two sites in Gatineau : Aylmer and Hull sectors.
Gong heaven for couples ...
A workshop to unwind and deeply relax with your sweetheart . A workshop to grow together in peace and harmony because ... LOVE ... does not only bloom on Valentine's Day!
The program:
- - A short reflection on couples or love
- - Centering with breathing exercises in full presence
- - A long relaxation with the symphonic gong
- - A 3 min special meditation for couples in the tradition of Kundalini yoga
- - A post workshop " treats & sweets " that will allow you to enjoy a hot drink in the yogic tradition, accompanied by gluten free homemade pastries!
Reflections on couples or love, as well as the final méditation which will be different for each workshop.
Cost:
$ 40 per couple for a 90 min workshop
Special introductory price valid until June 2014 inclusively:
- Introduce 2 couples to this activity on the same night and receive a 50% discount on the next evening, that is, $ 20 per night for 2 people (this offer is only for couples who have participated in this workshop before)
- Buy 3 nights, get a 25% discount, that is, $ 30 per night for 2
- Buy 2 nights, get a 15% discount, that is, $ 34 per night for 2
