MEDITATION WORKSHOPS ON MENTAL CALM
The 9 steps to mental calm
This afternoon begins a second series of Meditation workshops on Mental calm that will take place
on Fridays,
November 6, 13, 20th and 27th
1 to 2 pm
Meditation classes according to Tibetan Buddhist philosophy will be offered at the Centre Yoga Aylmer this fall. Each class alternates between periods of meditation and instruction for developing mental calm. All are welcome.
