For all you outdoor yogis and yoginis, I am so excited to announce this summer’s new-moon and full-moon practices at our wonderful “Parc des cèdres”, Aylmer’s beach area.

Location: under the great rustling poplars by the children’s playground area. For those of you who were at the amazing red moon practice last year in August, this summer’s outdoor practices will be at the same place.
Fee: donations will gratefully accepted for all new moon and full moon practices except the Autumn Equinox practice.
